KEEPING THE CAR'S INTERIOR FRESH AND CLEAN

Your car's perfectly detailed interior is the essence of what clean is really all about.  It's the interior of the car where most of us spend much of our time throughout the day.  To and from work or home, or trips to the local ski resorts, or perhaps a weekend camping trip.  With all the dirt, mud, sand, not to mention the fast foods, cosmetics, gum, crayons, coffee and soda spills, its no wonder this is one of the most neglected areas of car cleaning.  Although some auto manufacturers offer a Scotch Guarding® process when you first buy the car, this is only a short term protection for all the elements at best.
The ambient temperature in your car during a hot summer day can reach as high as 240 deg.  These high temperatures actually contribute to dehydration of the sensitive fabrics in the vehicle.  Vinyl and Leather materials both discharge gaseous vapors which tend to stick to your windows.  This phenomenon is noticed as window clouding or a hazy film on the window itself.
Carpets and upholstered seats are made of fabric such as cotton, velour, nylon or a combination of leather or vinyl materials.
Any of these products are costly to replace. Dirt or sand for example, when stepped on over a period of time acts like sandpaper by grinding away at the sensitive fibers until they become so worn out you have to replace them or repair the problem.  You can however through a regular cleaning program, extend the life and value of your automobiles interior.  Interior carpets are revitalized through shampooing and vacuum extracting to eliminate dirt and grit, which can cause premature fiber wear.  Carpets look plusher and smell fresh.  Vinyl and leather materials are cleaned from body oils, scuff marks, dirt and the like, and are softened and returned to their original sheen and luster.  A thorough cleaning of the car can rejuvenate the entire interior.  The fabric takes on a whole new look.  Interior vinyl and leather glimmers with a soft satin sheen and the dash and console areas look crisp and clean.  It's the interior of the car that produces the feeling of newness.
